Exploring the caves with the Prawn Suit is possible but challenging without the Grappling Arm and/or Jump Jet Upgrade to get back out of the caves.

The Jellyshroom Caves are another cave system in Subnautica that can also be explored with the Seamoth or Prawn Suit. There are at least three entrances to the large Jellyshroom Cave near the safe shallows. The easiest entrance for beginners is the one near Lifepod 17. If you can get to 300m, you will be fine. Another entrance is located to the southeast of your lifepod, right on the border between the kelp forest and grassy plateau, and pretty close to the Aurora's engines. You can find the cave entrance at the bottom of the cliff.
